NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-006301-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2004 PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-WHQ1, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. KEEN A/K/A PATRICIA KEEN F/K/A PATRICIA A. AUDETTE; GERALD KEEN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CLEARWATER OAKS BANK; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of JUNE, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 1984 GLEN VIN#FLFL2AD497905151 AND VIN#FLFL2BD497905151, TITLE 40050630 AND TITLE 40044910.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
