NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 522017CA004536XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Albert J. Lagano; Bonnie D. Lagano a/k/a Bonnie J. Lagano; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A. f/k/a First Union National Bank s/b/m to First Union National Bank of Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF WEST 1/2 OF LOT 18, LESS THE SOUTH 165.85 FEET THEREOF, AND THE SOUTH 7.5 FEET OF N 1/2 OF W 1/2 OF LOT 18 IN NORTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ALSO AN UNDIVIDED 1/2 INTEREST IN THE EAST 12 FEET OF SOUTH 165.85 FEET OF W 1/2 OF LOT 18, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, INC., RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
