NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010256-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AHL1, is the Plaintiff and JULIO R. RODRIGUEZ; HERMELINDA RODRIGUEZ; ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O FRANKIE FORD; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIO RODRIGUEZ, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DANIEL RODRIGUEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of August, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
