NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-006571-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE4, is the Plaintiff and Pamela Walcott and Ricardo E. Walcott, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 13th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK F, EVANS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGES 140 AND 141, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
