NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated this 9th day of May, 2018, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Charlotte County Foreclosure Auction website at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com
at 11:00a.m. on 7-9-18, the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 2276, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Twenty, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 10-A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
