NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2017 in Case No. 2017 CC 964 the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on June 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 76, River Sound, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 135, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
