NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-000274 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Margaret T. Comfort, deceased, Bonnie Sprouse a/k/a Bonnie Sprouce, Jack Comfort, Judy Comfort, Martin Comfort, The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Rolland Musselwhite, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, LESS THE SOUTHEASTERLY 22.5 FEET THEREOF AND SOUTHEASTERLY 45.0 FEET OF THE LOT 23, ALL IN BLOCK 3, OF LENA VISTA SUBDIVISION, AUBURNDALE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 42 AND 42A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
