NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA-000244-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-FRE1, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA A. REICHERT A/K/A DEBRA LYNN REICHERT A/K/A DEBRA PARHAM REICHERT; CENTERSTATE BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ADAM REICHERT; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
