NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002175000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and LEROY SCARLETT A/K/A LEROY SCARLETT, SR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 35, OF LAKEVIEW PARK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 41, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
