NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-001512 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7N., is the Plaintiff and Bhupinder Birdi a/k/a Bhupinder Singh Birdi, Lake Wilson Preserve Home Owners Association, a Not for Profit Corporation, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 15th day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, LAKE WILSON PRESERVE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGES 37, 38 AND 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
