RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 3, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2012CA-007796-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DANA D. FAISON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 93, WINCHESTER ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 143, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
