NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000787000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL JOHN WILSON A/K/A DANIEL J. WILSON, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BRENTON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 138, PAGES 22 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
