NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-000217 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and David D. Brown, Jr., Jill A. Brown, Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 12th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

SUBDIVISION CLUB COLONY TRACT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 102-A, LESS AND EXCEPT WESTFALL SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALSO KNOWN AS THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, LYING IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29, SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT WESTFALL SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
