NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 7 day of June, 2018, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 7 AND ALL OF LOT 8, GORDEN RIVER HOMES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
