NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 20, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001002CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ARTHUR W. JOHNSON JR. A/K/A ARTHUR WALLACE JOHNSON JR.; RIVERSIDE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVERSIDE VILLAGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; FIDELITY SOUTHERN CORPORATION D/B/A FIDELITY BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, RIVERSIDE VILLAGE UNIT 4 PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE (S) 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
