NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003464-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Substituted Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF DEREK WILLIAMS, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on June 13, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Sabalwood at River Ridge, Phase 1 according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 7 thru 10 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
