YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 7-A, and an undivided 1.426886% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I, as recorded in O. R Book 754, Page 494-516 and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Pages 38-44, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 8220 Seven Oaks Court, #1, Port Richey, FL 34668.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before JUN 18 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
