NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2012CA005870CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely as the Trustee for The Brougham Fund II Trust, is the Plaintiff and Indian Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc., Margaret S Penta, Steven Penta, Unknown Tenant(s), Virginia Decristofano, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
