NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2017 and Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 001598 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JORGE SANCHEZ, is Plaintiff, and De Lessie A. Russell fka Delessie A. Mizell, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Block 4, FLORA-VILLA SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence North along the East line of said Block 4, a distance of 165 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North along said East line, 50.00 feet; thence North 89° 57'25” West, 137.32 feet; thence South 00° 00'17” West, 50.00 feet; thence South 89° 57'25” East, 137.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby in the Sarasota County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on June 12, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
