Notice is hereby provided that the Board of Directors of GULF GATE GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION has caused the Declaration of Restrictions of GULF GATE GLEN recorded in Official Records Book 2109, Page 1553, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as may amended from time to time, (here-in-after, “Declaration”) to be preserved according to the procedures set forth in chapter 712, Florida Statutes:
1) The Board of Directors of the Association voted to preserve the Declaration by at least 2/3 vote of the Directors at the duly noticed meeting of the Board held on April 21, 2018.
2) Notice of the foregoing action has been duly recorded in Official Records Instrument #2018060503, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
3) The Board of Directors caused this notice to be published once a week, for 2 consecutive weeks, in this newspaper, a newspaper as defined by chapter 50 Florida Statutes in the county in which the property is located.
