NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 15, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002581 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Julia De Sena, deceased, Lee County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Patricia A. Principato, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 14 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 249, UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 TO 18 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
