NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 14, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2018 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1185A, Unit 20, Part 2, Cape Coral Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 43-48, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
