NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, Reformation of Mortgage, and Reformation of Deed entered by the Court on November 30, 2017 in Civil Case Number 16-CA-004176 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is the Plaintiff and CAROL MARIE HARTMAN AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JACQUELINE M.
