NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 16, 2017, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2018, issued in Case No.: 17 CA 693 in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, as the Assignee of the Plaintiff, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff, and JAMES C. JORDAN, JR., MARGUERITE M. JORDAN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CACH, LLC, MBNA AMERICA BANK, N.A., UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS; AND UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, G.P., are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell the below-described property to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on June 8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
