and commonly known as: 13227 Graham Yarden Drive, Riverview, FL 33579; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 29th day of June, 2018 at 10 A.M..
