NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-006147, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is the Plaintiff and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; GLOUCESTER M CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC. N/K/A SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEONA MARIAN KITCHINER A/K/A LEONA M. KITCHINER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEONA MARIAN KITCHNER N/K/A JOHN GOODE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 297, GLOUCESTER “M” CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 58, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3842 PAGE 1266, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
