NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 11, 2018 in Case No. 2017 CC 41066, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will, on June 22, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 1421, of VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14497, Page 358, et seq. together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
