NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-011500 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1, is the Plaintiff and Mark E. McCloud aka Mark Edward McCloud, B&B Cash Grocery Stores, Inc., Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Florida, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., its successor and assigns; Santander Bank, N.A. fka Sovereign Bank, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Stoney Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. of Hillsborough County, United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
