NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 11, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-000275 (F) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AMQ 2007-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES AMQ 2007-HE2, Plaintiff, and MICHELLE HERNANDEZ; ALEJANDRO HERNANDEZ; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF RUSS CRUSE, AND RUSS CRUSE, INDIVIDUALLY; ADERHOLD ROOFING CORPORATION, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of July, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 3, OF THE GROVES NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
