NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2017-CA-005515 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Skinner a/k/a Barbara A. Skinner, Patricia Gagne a/k/a Patricia M. Gagne, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Wellington North at Bay Park Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
