NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-006708 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) is the Plaintiff and Boles F. Gad a/k/a B.F.G; Nora William Metry Meawad; Wilfredo Boluarte; Unknown Spouse of Wilfredo Boluarte; Whispering Oaks of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc. f/k/a Lake Magdalene Point Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Trustee of the Miassis Dragon Trust Dated 03/21/2014; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Miassis Dragon Trust Dated 03/21/2014; Maximina Gutierrez are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 7th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D, BUILDING 53, OF WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGE 616 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
