NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-011854 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) is the Plaintiff and Danny R. Amerson a/k/a Danny Amerson a/k/a Danny Ray Amerson; Unknown Spouse of Danny R. Amerson a/k/a Danny Amerson a/k/a Danny Ray Amerson; Cindy K. Amerson a/k/a Cindy Amerson a/k/a Cindy E. Amerson; Unknown Spouse of Cindy K. Amerson a/k/a Cindy Amerson a/k/a Cindy E. Amerson; Regions Bank successor by merger to AmSouth Bank; Lora Annette Amerson; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union f/k/a MacDill Federal Credit Union; Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, Florida are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, OAKWOOD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
