Final Judgment was awarded on March 19, 2018 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-012402, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY DIPAOLO, JR A/K/A ANTHONY J. DIPAOLO, JR A/K/A ANTHONY J. DIPAOLO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A HASSAN DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. F/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; CLERK OF THE COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY DIPAOLO, JR A/K/A ANTHONY J. DIPAOLO, JR A/K/A ANTHONY J. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
