NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-031796, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN KNIGHT; ENTRUST OF TAMPA BAY, LLC FBO DEBBIE WHITTAKER #1182; ENTRUST OF TAMPA BAY, LLC FBO JOSEPH LAWRENCE IRA #2111; SUN COUNTRY HOME SOLUTIONS, LLC; TRUSTWORTHY TRUSTEE CORP., AS TRUSTEE OF THE N 72 #3277 TRUST UTA DATED MARCH 27, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE N 72 #3277 TRUST UTA DATED MARCH 27, 2007; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS D. KNIGHT, DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
