NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-009612 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Emeterio M. Abanilla, Jr. a/k/a Emeterio M. Abanilla; Rachel M. Abanilla; Whitburn LLC, As Trustee Only, Under The HC 14-711 Land Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the HC 14-711 Land Trust; Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank; Panther Trace Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 14th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 24, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1B/1C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
