NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2018 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007546 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-FLX5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FLX5 , is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BENJAMIN E. CLINE, II, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM ASSPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES,ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 160 feet of the West 465 feet, less the South 1,010 feet of Lot 10, Reolds Farm Plat #1, Plat Book 1, Page 145, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
