Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 18-988-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT NUMBER H, BUILDING 20 OF UNIT VI, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4460, PAGE 1578, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 30 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
