Final Judgment was awarded on February 28, 2018 in Civil Case No. 13-001333-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff, and SHERYLL YOLANDA NORWOOD; SYLVESTER NORWOOD A/K/A NORWOOD SYLVESTER A/K/A SYLESTER NORWOOD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A BRITTENY NORWOOD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 1, BLOCK A, COURT'S TOUGHETTE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
