NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2015, and entered in 14-006261-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND DONALD WILLIAMS A/K/A RAYMOND D WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND DONALD WILLIAMS A/K/A RAYMOND D WILLIAMS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
