NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-002008-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and EUGENIA M. NETTO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 509, REFILE OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 6 OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. II, INC, as recorded in Official Record Book 15, Page 83-84, all attachments and amendments thereto and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 52-53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above condominium unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
