Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on April 26, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 2, Block 106, PASADENA ESTATES SECTION “H,” according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 27, 2018 , at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
