NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered May 11, 2018, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 301, Building J, BAHIA DEL MAR I, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5216, Page 1173, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 52, Pages 51 through 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of June, 2018.
