NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-007485 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, Plaintiff and Angel M. Mianowski a/k/a Angel M. Moniz a/k/a Angel Moniz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 7, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK 3, DUHME SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH OO DEGREES 34' 24” WEST 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 34' 24” WEST 81.41 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 52' 57” WEST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 34' 24” EAST 81.41 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 52' 57” EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING LYING WITHIN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
