NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002087 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-4 Mortgage-Backed Notes, Plaintiff and Miguel A. Fana, Jr. a/k/a Miguel A. Fana a/k/a Miguel Fana are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1314B, BUILDING 13, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12663, PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1560 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 1 THROUGH 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
