NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-007952-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for
PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES GENTSCH A/K/A JAMES L. GENTSCH, III, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 14681 AT PAGE 2072 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
LOT (S) 10, BLOCK H, ARCADIA ANNEX, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
