NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-005194-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and, NICKERSON, ERIN DIAMOND, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 14, BLOCK 3, ULMERTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
