JONES A/K/A LISA JONES; BERNARD JONES, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of June, 2018, following described property:
LOT 9, ANGLERS ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
