NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 18, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-004511-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein U.S. ROF III LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2015-1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and DYC GROUP LLC, JEFFREY D. ROMEA, AMY M. YOUNG, CYPRESS LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A TIFFANIE HACKEBEIL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A CRAIG HACKEBEIL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of June, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 64, CYPRESS LAKES - PARCELS H AND I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 88 through 92, inclusive, public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
