NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-008237-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
is Plaintiff and JENNIFER M. DIRSCHERL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER M. DIRSCHERL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-103, TOWNES OF SOUTHGATE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3985, PAGE 2201, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
