Lot 5, Block 3546, port Charlotte Subdivision Section Sixty Four, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 78A through 78F, inclusive of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, 3195 S. Access Road, Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before June 21, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
